why wouldn't you be able to be a 13th of something. really if its that minute you're not going to count it but yet some persons claim how they are 1/16th of something.
well, you see. you can only be even numbers of something. 1/2. 1/4. well, you could technically be 1/3. but you couldnt be 1/13th something. you would have to have 14 relatives, only 13 of which re-produce. but you can't, because they would have been married to each other. see why that doesn't make sense????

actually i feel it makes sense because what if your great grandparents weren't in the truth and maybe when they were little kids become blood sisters with somebody. so then you would have a teeny ounce of their blood mingled in with yours to the point where it is 1/13th of it.
