yeah too old for the skatepark....all the kids in there are 13..i'm 23...but opening a go-kart track would be a sweet idea, they are remote controlled, and the guys who direct everything can just cut the gas lines with the push of a button...hmm someone look on ebay for how much go-karts cost

definitely somewhere near the beach. i know you live up north, but tons of people come to the beach, even in the winter. you'll just have to spend summers down here. Now we need to find a piece of land and buy it. Anyone know a good paver?
i've also always dreamed of owning my own snowboard mountain. there will be cool music all over the mountain, not just in the many terrain parks & pipes. and you have to pass a test to get in, you can't just be some slow fool getting in everyone's way.
you should take over some of the property that the self-storage people are taking. they're building about 4 of them near me. i didn't know we had such a need for them.
