ok. I am going to start fighting back. Dan's List of Acceptable Cheeses. Keep in mind, none of these involve cow's milk. Hence, they are safe. 1. Pecorino Remano. (I can't spell this.) ...

oh, um, that other cheese like parmesan but made from sheep's or goat's milk is probably ok.. what's it called.. dang... Romano!
