why does it make a difference what type of journal it is? (just aksing no offense, i did change it.) i kept trying to make it into a newstory, but alas, it is not working. even with all of giaco...

the difference is that Ian can sort out reviews if he wants to. But you have to label it as such, or it doesn't get considered one.
