by i won't ruin anything for you. so we went yesterday, the day it opened. and we purposely went early so that mike couldn't come even though he wanted to really bad. its all good. lots of people couldn't go. actually there was a large group that arrived at 7, even though that's when the movie was starting. so of course it was sold-out. then jesse and luke were in line and tickets sold out with the person in front of them. we laughed and then walked into the movies.
front row seats. looking up at a 20 ft picture of johnny depp. oh it was quite nice. also i was never a big fan of orlando bloom. didn't see the appeal in lord of the rings, but in this movie... he was beautiful. but there simply is no comparision to johnny depp. he was suave, funny, charming, and cunning. and the way they did his make-up... it was simply amazing. all boys should wear smoky make-up with eye-liner.
the movie..... if you've seen it, you know what i'm talking about. simply so amazing. and crazy. but i was kinda frightened. had to hide my eyes a few times. and there was actual burst out laughing humor that wasn't corny. we're going to see it again. best movie to come in a very long time. mainly because in previews, they didn't really tell you anything about the actual movie. you just knew it was about pirates of the caribean. special effects were sooo cool.
and the story-line!!!!! amazing. so many shocks and thrills. too great for words. all i can say is 2 LARGE THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
