Actually "Cereal Killer"'s real name in the movie was "Emmanuel Goldstein". Emmanuel Goldstein is the Editor-in-Chief of 2600 Magazine, The Hacker Quarterly. I'm 100% sure that the movie named this...

BTW, I took a computer ethics class in college, and Emmanuel Goldstein came and talked to us (one of the kids in the class must have gone to a few of the 2600 meetings) and showed one of the movies they've produced, I think it was about Kevin Mitnick. pretty cool to meet him in person.
