Yeah I remember where I was. For some reason I took off work and Todd was sleeping over. Todd came and woke me up just when the first building was hit... he woke me saying "a plane just went right into one of the the twin towers" I really didn't know what he was talking about... until i came downstairs and saw it on tv for myself.

That day had the weirdest feeling. Everyone, everywhere was shocked, confused, and horrified. No was was smilling, laughing or even happy and I understand why. It was a terrible day, and i don't think I will ever forget it.

I just remember feeling so helpless, watching so many people trapped, some people jumping ... holding hands, others on the roof awaiting rescue. It makes my stomach sink just thinking about it.
