i went to my kaybee and asked about buying a game boy advance when the discount dates applied, and they said it wouldn't count for video games. so i went to EB and bought it used :(

Go back today with a copy of the settlement. Ask them where it says that. Then have the manager write his name on the document stating that. Then fax a copy of that to the court, and make a copy and write a letter to KB complaining.
