you do know you should use plantains right?
yeah i know that. but we used them the last time we did it and lots of other people liked them and thought they were good but i hated it. so then antoher spanish sister said oh well if you don't like it with platanos maybe you should just make them with regular bannanas, so we tried it and it didn't work too well but i still think it came out better than the platanos.
i like when they use the mini bananas at this market i go to. mmmm
now THIS is criminal. you an ONLY use plantains! you can't make those bastardized platanos and feel good about yourself!
