it just seems like surfing may be scarier, because you can get hurt worse

See..it's the opposite in my mind. I think snowboarding is a lot faster and scarier, I feel very safe in the water for the most part. I mean..the surf board landing on my head did hurt a lot but that's why you never surf alone!

I dont think the jersey shore has that many reefs... so when i go surfing, im not worried about that, i think the gettin slammed into the sand would hurt a bit...

Only thing I am scared of are sharks; Water , Reef, Sand Breaks , Yada Yada,, But sharks, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKk
