a shower wakes me up too. and i won't go out unless i take a shower. otherwise, i'd feel unsanitary. it takes me some minutes to be normal. when i wake up, i tend to run into things and i'm real slow. i have like a 5 second delay for everything.
I use the word unsanitary all the time.
