I've seen it, and while I agree that the animation is amazing, I thought that the banter among the workers seemed a bit too forced. I think that Finding Nemo is a bit better in that respect.

Seriously? I think Monsters Inc. is pure brilliance, just the whole idea of it! Finding Nemo was funny..but I wasn't overly impressed by it.

i just give such credit to the person who sat awake at night and thought, "what if there really are monsters? what if their entire world is based on scaring little children and that's their power?...
