any way to clear up this scripture? Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

"hell" in that case is referring to Gehenna, the everlasting destruction from Jehovah. It's saying do not fear man, fear God.

I had to be careful though, because for most of them, they took the word "soul" out in the NIV bible
