dude, i'm 21 and i've never had a girlfriend either. i've gone thru the same kind of thing at times where i just can't understand why girls I've liked will "like me as a friend" but would never consider me anything past that. you learn alot about yourself as you get older, i'm glad i didn't end up with girls I've liked in the past. I'm sure that in a few more years I'll change even more. I dunno, i've gotten to the point where i really don't care. I know at some point i do wanna be married but that point is not now so why stress over it.

we had a really good talk the other day on "young dating" and it mentioned how if you're not in the position to get married you shouldn't really even be looking. i know people younger than me that are married, but i can apply that to myself too. we're all born with the desire for companionship, but there are other things to life as well. Just not stressing over stuff will prolly help you a lot.
