Ok here it goes. Install aim on your pc, and find some way to wipe logs or tell him you are testing the firewall again or something "truthful".
Next setup a box at home, your friends house or someplace.
Install bnc on it on port 80 and then have it point to the aol login server.
Point your aim connection at work to that machine on port 80.
Once you click login it will goto that machine then from there bounce to the aim server thus letting you irc from work.
