According to the bethelites in my cong the case is far from closed...If I hear any updates from them, I'll be sure to post something here....

your right. This one is going to the Supreme Court. I know some brothers and sisters from this congregation and it's still in the process...plus i just talked to the CO and he said the same thing as you...Stratton is about an hour from me, so it's on my local news alot...if i hear anything i will post something as well...
