oh man! This is the day before my talk...I can't go :(
I wish I could (are they playing anywhere on the 24th?)
Mmm..I don't know. They're playing the 27th (wednesday night) in Philly at Electric Factory. They could add more dates though. I'd rather go to a NYC venue then Starland if they did.
I saw them at the Electric Factory like 3 years ago and they were incredible! It's such a small venue and they played for like 2 1/2 hours!
the electric factory is huge
The one in Philly? Its not super small..but there are definetly bigger venues that they'd fill.
It's not huge.

3,000 capacity. About the size of a circuit assembly.
ive been there and its alot bigger than say, stone pony or something like that.
oh my goodness. this sounds very good. starland is not too far for me and i love them!
hmmm, i'm on he east coast that week, i might just go to this with you guys, bad religion is a band not to miss!!!!
That'd be sooo much fun!
i tried to win tix on wsou this morning, but alas, i was not caller 50. i will continue to try another day.
Ahaha..south jersey station? I just bought mine last night.
no it's the seton hall station
i mean the tix aren't expensive, but if i can get them for free, i might as well try
Most definetly. Free is better then everything.
Oh..and free is better then anything especially when ticket master now charges $6 per ticket for fun.
they are ridiculous! i hate them and their corporate monopoly on tickets!!
Me too..it makes me so sad. For the Rx Bandits show at Knitting Factory I had to use webtickets.com instead and they only charge $5.50 to the total..not even per ticket!
why is socal girl in the maybe slot...aint she in like, california or something
Didn't you know that bad religion is just that good that she's willing to fly here for this?
me and matt trotta just bought our tix sunday night
woooo good times for all. i shall be the only girl in our group and i will chill on the balcony and try not to die.
hopefully i'm going if we are not in lake george that weekend.
who else is playing again?
Let me just say that every other concert I've ever been to was blown away by this one- even the two times I saw AFI (who I worship). They were tight, perfectly clear and just freakin amazing. Somehow they manage to play almost every song I wanted to hear even though they have like 200. American Jesus, 21st Century Digital Boy, Generator, Mission (I don't think that's the name of it..), Infection, etc...AND they ended their encore with Sorrow which was just so amazing it gave me chills.
As the only girl in a group of six witness guys I was very well protected. They complained about babysitting me (didn't matter..I went onto the balcony for Bad Religion anyways, I'm not stupid) but surrounded me like a human barrier for the first two acts and complained if I like..stepped outside the barrier. Only downfall of being the only girl is when I went into a Diner bathroom afterwards because I wanted to vomit and no one could come check on me. But that's fine!
I scored the best spot on a balcony (some guy let me steal his spot cause I was so much shorter then him). I could see the band perfectly and I didn't get throw about by the craziest pit that covered the entire floor area. I'm still on a high from this.
i am SO stoked rading this!!! I'm sharing your joy with you as i know how awesome they are in concert!!! you're hooked now and everytime they come out your most def. going to want to see them over and over!
I do!! They're playing this thursday in the city (NYC) and wednesday in Philly..and I can't go to either and it makes me want to cry. Like..its better then people say drugs are!!
they're playing at the Hollywood Palladium in a few weeks and we're def. goign to that,....yes they are addicting! lol
man, now i'm really mad that i missed them.
