Things to Do

thatdarngirl by thatdarngirlOG 2002 · Jan 1, 2004 · 132 views

I know I can't be the only one here that is tired of the same old: hang at peoples houses, wathc a movie, go out to a movie, eat at a restaurant thing (I know HillDan mentioned his dislike for this a while back). I was told to find something "interesting and different" to do this weekend and it's proving to be a lot harder then I would like it to be. I'm looking for suggestions for anything to do really from running around the local mall dressed as super heroes to some cool coffe house to go to. Anything that any of you have had fun doing is a worth while suggestion, or even some place cool that you've heard about. This isn't just for me, it's for everyone!

I would love for someone to explain this to me.....I've heard of it, but only from Courtney and my brother...no one here (in Ohio) has heard of that game.

tinser #3.1.1.3 tinserOG 2002

he's lying to you....the only game hill ever made up was the one where you stab people with a pen...wait, no that was matt, but manhunt is not his invention anyway

what about "mean shoes"? that is becoming quite a phenomenon in north jersey

tinser tinserOG 2002

if i google that...will i get some info?

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

Aw, man!! He was joking? :)

He didn't really make it up, everyone around here has usually played some variation of it in their chilhood. It's like mass hide-and-go-seek where you have a few people "it" and the rest "hiding" and you run around and get beat up in the woods as the "it" people tag you by throwing rocks at you.

the only manhunt game dan ever invented was nekid manhunt

I like spinning in circles until I'm really dizzy, falling over, and getting up and doing it again.

skaorsk8 #1.1 skaorsk8OG 2002

you so didn't read what she said at all, did you, zabel!

you want my list of ideas, lindz?? i have SOOOOO many.

my favorite is a game called "toothpick barter". I'm going to ez message you this idea b/c it's kind of hush hush.

i love holding arm wresting championships in the food court at the mall - or getting 10 of your friends to try and build a human pyramid in the park and video tape it. or to visit the mall and try to gather all the kids in mcdonalds to explain where babies come from. or walk into barnes and noble and pretend to be a famous author, and sign all the books they have with "your" name on them...ok you're not getting any more ideas from me, think of some on your own.

thatdarngirl #1.1.1 thatdarngirlOG 2002

Heehee awesome..I am totally trying all of these (most likely not all in one night). I especially enjoy the mcdonalds one!

tinser #1.1.2 tinserOG 2002

you can look up toothpick barter on google silly...hush, hush...haha

skaorsk8 #1.1.2.1 skaorsk8OG 2002

holy crap that's my idea! there better not be websites devoted to it!

tinser tinserOG 2002

actually, there was...would you like me to go to the effort of pasting them on here, so that everybody can enjoy the game?

You just totally exploded dans bubble again! Dan, if you want to make up an original game, you are going to have to step it up a notch or two.

(For fun, go push over lit up reindeer in ppls yards)

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

no for fun, rearrange the reindeer into obscene poses...I KID...NO ONE DO THIS..
