What are the differences in Thai food. I know there are certain spices with peanut sauce which I have very low tolerance for but, I'd for sure like to give Thai another whirl because everyone else I know loves it...

Recommendations?

If you go to the website atasteofthai.com It has a lot of great recipes & products you can try w/o peanut sauce. I love that site.

Ok, so i didn't make thai last night. I made kind of an asian fusion. It came out pretty good. I cooked fresh japanese noodles, and put them in ice water to cool them. Then i took 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken and mixed that with shredded broccoli, carrots & cabbage. (the mix is by the bag salads) I added a fair amount of toasted sesame seeds to the noodles, sliced toasted almonds & scallions. And i mixed it all together with Asian dressing. (Soy sauce & ginger dressing). It was a quick, healthy summer dinner!
