yeah i know someone who went to this on Sunday
they got there and realized that they forgot their ticket
they drove home.. AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY.. and got their ticket
got back to the concert, only to find out their ticket was for Saturday
and they had to buy a Sunday ticket

By nature I'm really not a chatty person with strangers...like I don't just start talking to people waiting in line & such...but at concerts I don't know why, but i'm so comfortable talking to everyone. I got a pair of brandnew socks in the parking lot...(I wore flip flops to drive, but needed socks for my shoes)
I had a screaming contest with a girl in the crowd....I hugged a girl who thought it was cool I was sitting on the floor. I tore some kids shoe off that was crowd surfing, and he thought it was the funniest thing.
Ahh, so much fun. haha
Well your tearing of a kids shoe off while he was crowd surfing started a trend. Everyone who was crowd surfing had their shoes thrown everywhere. In fact my cousin got hit right in the back of the head by one... haha I felt bad for one kid, his shoe was thrown on top of the stage where the lights were... ALL THE WAY ON TOP... he wont be finding that shoe anytime soon... haha
One funny experience during the TBS show, a guy was trying to get out but it was too tight to move, so we suggested he crowd surf his way out to the side... well he couldnt really direct his way out, but when he made it to the front he got out... haha
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....the concert was GREAT!!!! I was a little apprehensive about it...because it was at such a big venue & stuff...but it was awesome....5 or 6 different stages...all GA...

i heard brand new played a hilarious show...they played the same song twice, the second time with indistinguishable screamy lyrics, and then jesse announced theyd play seventy times seven and proceeded to walk off stage, then come back and play a different song. and apparently the drummer kept tossing his drumsticks off stage and picking up new ones in the middle of the song. and after they played, their empty merch table read "brand new already played. you can go home now."
i wish i caught that. if i hadnt seen them before though id be disappointed that they were just screwing around.
I dont really blame them for screwing around. They were on at 12:05?! the first bad of the day... why put them on that soon?? Probably half the people that wanted to see them didnt even make it there that early! I would have liked to see them though mess around up there. I just bought tickets for their show at The Bowery Ballroom on the 27th of this month so my anger has now been calmed a bit...

TAKING BACK SUNDAY!!!! wooo! havent seen them since their last 2 albums came out. that being said, their first album was head and shoulders above those. still pumped.

i was in the back since it took me a while to get over from jacks mannequin, but they were ok, not as good as before i didnt think. maybe its just because im not as into the new songs, and there were way too many people. but i remember the first time i saw them they opened for saves the day and i was blown away by their live show. then i saw them at skate and surf, great there too. here, it was ehh.
I saw them on Sunday too, but I didnt enjoy it as much because I was too busy fighting the crowd to get closer...
I had a dream that I was trying to buy Bjork tickets, but I bought Bamboozle tickets by accident. It was very disappointing.
No kidding. Sounds like a nightmare.
So me & my sis in law got tix for Saturday. (Austin got out of going!) We may wind up going Sunday too if there's tix still available. So who is def going?

my friend is actually in the battle of bands to play here. so depending on whether or not they win, i may/may not be going.
i think i'm just going to go on Saturday. I'd rather see My Chemical Romance headline than Linkin Park...seen em...wasnt impressed.
This reminds me of that friends episode when Joey is trying to be a game show host, and the show is called "Bamboozle!" and he keeps saying to Ross, "You've been bamboozled!" Good stuff.
HAHAHA i think that too when i see the title.
cant say this lineup particularly thrills me (sunday) but its certainly better than the awful lineup the bamboozle has given us last 2 years and the same for warped. what happened to the good ol skate and surf days? mike and i were just lamenting this fact.
that being said, im excited for: jacks mannequin, brand new, mae, relient k.
and ill definitely see anberlin, the matches, dave melillo, rx bandits, thrice, yellowcard, catch 22, sherwood, and envy on the coast.

Really? I'm pretty excited about the Warped Tour line up this year. Well..I was before I realized that half the bands I want to see are only playing on the dates like..not in NJ/NY.
