Whats that movie?

Hey I am trying to figure out the name of this movie. Its some early 90's teen flick that takes place in the 70's. Thats about all I know about it. That its got a lot of sarcastic humor in it. If anyone knows it please tell me.

So I dunno how many years back but, a few... ABC played this Wes Craven flick called Don't Look Down it was awesome!!! I actually recorded it at the time but, I either recorded over it or lost the tape it was on. Grrrrrr good made for tv movies are a tease!
