Real World- San Diego!
by Oh man guys, I am totally on here during the commercial break. How much do I love this season already!? Only twenty more minutes to go and I'm totally into it. The house, as always, is just the coolest place in the whole world. The people (I almost called them characters..but duh, they're real!..right) are not too sleezy (unlike Vegas) and I actually think I like most of them so far. Let's go through the list here:
Jamie- So freakin cute! I love asian girls. They really didn't get much into her tonight, but her clothing was way cute.
Randy- Definetly the cutest of all the guys. Again, they really didn't get into him either but I think I like him!
Brad- Eh..stupid jock. Like, he seems like an ok guy because he was all being really nice when Frankie was all over him yet still trying to stay loyal to his girlfriend..but then he turns around and is all like "hmm Cameron is pretty hott!"
Jacque- He seems like the 'nice' guy of the house that settles things, that everyone turns to. Like cleaning up Frankie's throw up after only knowing her a few hours. How cute.
Robin- Stupid Coyote Ugly Girl. I think she's dumb
Cameron- I thought she'd be the 'nice' girl but I think she's a little naughty. Her southern accent is also annoying and her southern attitude is dumb.
Frankie- She has lots of Hello Kitty stuff (including a tattoo) that makes her cool in my book! Of course she's a bit shady (the whole porn store and getting drunk and making out thing) but I think she is just a misguided teen and I kind of like her anyways..especially her hair color.
So..I have never caught a whole season on the night it actually aires, I usually end up watching the last episode marathon type thing. I think I'm totally going to be in to watching this one every Tuesday night now..I haven't had a favorite show in a long time.

Charlie- aka Miny Randy. Not only does this kid look a lot like Randy, he gives off the same vibe (only a lot cooler) and they had some similar background.

i really like the vegas real world. there was always seasons i watched all the time and seasons i skipped all together...but vegas was one of my favs.
i thought vegas was by far, only rivaled by hawaii, the skankiest season. the most recent new york season and boston were my favorite.
i liked boston too, but i think my fav's were London & the very first New York one

agreed. vegas made my skin crawl. socalgal reminded me of london! one of my favorites! every single person had good and bad qualities. i thought it was a pretty fair portrayal of all the cast members.
the only good thing about hawaii was TEK-MONEY! tek was the man. he cracked me up EVERY episode.

So Frankie left for good..that was kind of gay. I mean, I kinda understand if you think of it from her view. She has so little time to live so why continue living somewhere where you are miserable when it could very well be your last days of life. I donno. I don't think she'll be that much happier with her ugly boyfriend back home. Everyone was pretty nice when she left when they were talking about her (especially Brad..how amazing!) except for Robyn who I am really hating more and more each day.
Cameran continues to prove herself to be smarting then she comes off sometimes. So does Brad, he can be pretty cool when he tries. Randy on the other hand..idiot.
New roomate! This should be interesting. I don't think they've ever done this before, even when Ruthie left Hawaii.

Yeah, Frankie has Cystic Fibrosis, and she had said in the first episode that people with that normally don't live to their early 20's, so she's pretty much living her days to the fullest.

Didn't they replace David when he got kicked out of the house on one of the first seasons? The one with Tammy and John, and also they replaced Irene when she left to get married.....whoa, I watch this show TOO much.

Yeah.....David and Tammy were "play-fighting" one night,a nd all she had on was a bra and underwear, covered up by a blanket, and he kept trying to pull the blanket off of her, in front of the cameras. She got mad, and decided she wanted him gone, because she was uncomfortable.
Also, Irene got married halfway through that same season, and left the house, and they replaced her too.

So..I just got done watching Real World tonight (two episodes..YAY!) and whhaaat. Of course the racial tension has to start up but they handled it really well I guess (unlike Coral in Real World New York 2). Jamie is just the cutest girl in the whole world..I would looove to look like her and just dress like her always. Frankie, still a big favorite of mine with all her hello kitty stuff. And why are Robin's boobs so large and lop sided?

i finally saw the second ep. it was pretty swell. the racial tension was handled fairly well. jamie was so cute when she shared her racial issues with everyone. when an asian girl cries--i cry. i thought it was kinda sad that Frankie is so afriad of huge boats like that AND that their job is to be boat tour guides or whatever. i had a feeling Jacquese wasn't a swimmer. i want to see him learn how to swim. and for Frankie to get over her fear of cruise ships, lol. i thought Randy was going to be more cool than he is. he's turning out to be a major herb. at this point i like that monkey Brad better. interesting season. i just can't wait til everyone gets arrested. getting arrested is funny. that is all.

I'm no where near as excited about the real world as lindsay, haha, but, yeah this looks like it might be a cool season i guess....I LOVE cute non-conformist lookin chicks, so right away I'm like addicted to frankie...everybody else bores me though...that asian chick is adorable too...but...the editors focus in on the people who create the most drama..so..we won't be seeing much of her..and the only reason jacques(however us spell is name) is going to get any air play is cause he's the mediator who never causes the issues, but will try to solve them...
i like Jaquese the most at this point. he seems like a level-headed fellow. i like jamie too. very cute, easy going, fun and oh-so asian. robin is pretty swell. i have a feeling she'll turn skanky, but i hope she keeps it cool cuz i dig her so far. frankie digusts me. i know girls like that. ugh. maybe i'm being hard on her, but i really hate the first impression i've been provided with. and i DO think she remembers what she did! she's just playing it off. wretched thing. cameran is annoying and country. i'm not too concerned. brad seemed ok til he did a total 180 on his girlfriend. very uncool. he'll be trouble, i know it. and randy. he's the cool artist that all the girls are gonna get way into. he's the sweet, deep guy and he'll break up the fights and tell everyone to be cool while sculpting and surfing or whatever. cool dude overall.

Surfboards EVERYWHERE! Have you ever seen the pottery barn for teens catalogue? They got a lot of the inside decorations from there. The walls and sheets and everything look kind of ty-dyed. They are right on the water of an inlet I guess and all these seals were laying on their dock- so cute. There is a hot tub (of course) and it's on the second level deck that also has this awesome table with a fire in the middle of it. Mm..pool table of course, and it's outside. The guys are all sharing the 3-bedroom and the girls split up into the other two.
i didnt know they had one for teens. sounds pretty sweet.
I don't think I like Cameran, Brad, or Robin very much. However, I do like Robin's hairstyle a LOT! So, that's pretty much her only good quality in my book. Brad seems like a meathead a little bit, and Cameran kind of just annoys me. I did see her and Brad making out during one of the commercials, so I'm sure he doesn't stick by that "being faithful to his girlfriend" thing for very long. But the season certainly looks like a good one!

And just reading between the lines (from the commercials)-there are more arrests than any other Real World and a heckofalot more drinking AND they all appear to be hooking up at some point in the season.
i read this thing that at a party they threw during this season a girl (not one of the characters) got raped in the house. but since the house is stocked full of video camereas they just confiscated them and solved the crime.
