Well Mayonaise by The Smashing Pumpkins is my all time favorite song and there's a great solo there. But I also really like the solo in For Martha, I think that song is just beautiful.
But then there are some really incredible solos I've heard guys like Clapton, Van Halen, and the guy from Dream Theater that will just blow you away.
So that's a tough one.
