I gave a near whoopin to a lvl 31 horde hunter. I got him down to 1/3 health in like 6 seconds, but he froze me, and sicked his pet on me. and I sprinted to catch him, but then his stupid pet slowed me down (GAY).

im surprised at priest class, it's actually really fun, both solo and grouping
grouping is pretty intense and is very rewarding if you heal right, besides its a misconception if you think priest's just sit around and heal, its much more active
the thing i hated about being a mage was grouping with pally's who aggrod way too many and yet are a class that have barely any tank ability, and continually trying to do crowd control while the group constantly UNdid poly morphs
and i've used maybe 3 at most potions, regen FAST

I am considering starting a new character. I've only played my hunter and a warrior to level 11 so far.
warrior is gay, isn't it? So boring (compared to a rogue) I'm only a lvl 9 or 10 warrior, tho. I've got a hunter on malganis, lvl 7--brutusk.
roguery rules.
Warrior is pretty cool too. I think it gets more cool when you get different stances and stuff. Plus, everybody wants a warrior for their party. Huge amounts of armor and HP. They can take aggro like nothing.
Actually the more aggro they take, the more rage they can get, which lets them do more cool things. Pretty different, and cool.

warriors are awesome when playing a priest
i keep renew on for temporary heal over time, and when they near red i lesser heal, its awesome when theres 3 guys wailing on the tank, it all comes together pretty nicely
i want a warrior ALT but i think maybe ill do that for horde on another server

I'm actually the lowest lvl guy. if you start the fight, I could finish it. I'm a 32 rogue. You'll get tons of XP if you quest with me, while I farm leather in wetlands
yeah but i wont get much XP especially if we group, or if you destroy everything, but if you just keep the mob down so i dont get aggro'd that would help a lot
wait, here's my idea. We don't group. You cause initial damage, I jump in, and finish off. b/c you initiate the fight, you get all the XP. Maybe raptor leather farming isn't the safest start, tho. Maybe we should do stuff in Ashenvale, first.
this will work, actually we can take him into the raptor area... let him strike frist... and then we can just take em out... give him alot of xp, and we probably could get him some good drops too!

You get diminshing returns on XP when a highlvl character attacks that same mob.
So there's really no real way to powerlvl.
What you could do if you want to waste time is take him into an instance around his lvl and gain xp's that way.
and Powerquesting is the really truly only quick way... run him through all his quests quickly
how can we run him throught the quests if we cant attack? you mean just let him get the XP for the quest and then whatever he gets from the mobs?

i cant take on 3 guys, but if i take 2 and you wipe the 3rd, or you make sure i dont die in the aggro of 2
THEN like in caves, on the way out, you can kill the respawn and i can run to return the quest
i agree with thai, but i also heard that if you dont group, and i hit first, ill get the xp
but again that means doing my level stuff, not your level, i wont get any XP if a character is 15+ above me

im almost lvl 39 mage... im running arc/frost build, probably gonna respecc to fire/arc cause i hear its amazing pvp-wise. I was thinking of starting another char and do a priest... but if you are gonna do it that would be WAY better....

but the frost build looks awesome too so either way, although they seem to cap a lot of frost stuff

Cosmos is very bloated. CTMod is very nice and tidy, and when you download it, you can disable specific addons you don't want. I personally find them all very useful.

Yeah, that will work, no problem. But if you want to have two accounts playing at the same time, you need two computers, and two separate accounts (which means two monthly fees).
Otherwise, kam could just create a character on your account and play if you're not around. Be warned tho, this could lead to fistfights.

So whats the deal with server downtimes? ugg... wow forums on this subject are crazy with people getting all mad. I wonder if this will force them to try to provide a better service. On the one hand i agree, you cant run a game service that is down for days at a time... but... it could be the amount of people joining is just too much for them to handle so it may be a few weeks or so for these issues to iron themselves out.
I dunno, I think they just have a huge infrastructure, and it's just being a little unwieldy for them to maintain. I have heard this is common for MMORPGs tho, especially within the first few months, and that WoW is actually doing much better than many other games did at first.
All I know is that I'm happy Stormreaver finally got a complete upgrade, and they're reimbursing us for that day.

WoW is like the same idea, but it's just so much more in-depth, and has much better graphics.
Oh, I'm not a nazi about it. See, the thing is, I totally don't mind if he plays the game a bit. It's a fair trade considering I'm on Ezabel a majority of my time. But, when Tyler wants to play with daddy, and daddy wants to stay on KOL, or when I need help with things, and KOL comes first....then it's an issue. So I've limited him to playing at work.....which, hasn't stuck so far.....I hate that stupid game.
He took over all my characters when I stopped playing, plus a few of another friend's, so he's got like, 10 different characters he's playing. I can deal with the game....but the KOL forum and radio station? Oh no.....and it's funny, 'cause his friend in Florida is just as bad....he's actually ON the radio staion....a lot. Between the 2 of them, I am pretty much done with the game. And I grew up with an older brother who did nothing BUT play games and watch WWF, so you think I'd be used to it.
