Sheesh, I have a lot of games I want to finish. I think I should stop buying games. :/
Maybe I won't buy another game until I clear off a bunch of games from this list. That's a nice goal.
Update: Yeah, that didn't work out. I've bought more games before I finished even like 2 or 3 that were on this list. But I've made some progress.

Just beat Final Fantasy 1 for GBA. Took me 18:38 hours.
Mikayla and I also beat Lego Star Wars II a few weeks back. But with only like 50% unlocked... there's so much in that game.
Also, I don't see Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney on my list, but I beat that last year.
Lego SW II was great. We beat it in about a week, but there's tons of stuff to do after you beat it, and tons of little secret things to find. When you're playing through the regular missions, the game chooses your characters, but in free play mode, you can choose them, so you can get to places you couldn't in the regular missions. It's lots of fun!
We're about halfway through story mode, and this game is so much fun! woot
I can't wait for lego star wars II, the original trilogy. We got a demo disc with a magazine and it's so much fun!

It's so much fun! I bet you could even get Mikayla into it. Don and I played it until like 3am for three nights in a row until we beat it.

How was RotS?
I'm playing through Shadow of the Colossus (PS2) right now, i'm 5/16 done. It's a fun game.
It's a fun game. I especially like the raid on the Jedi Temple. You get to fight tons of Jedi. I'm disappointed you don't get to fight as Yoda against the Emperor though, but it's a cool game.
Shadow of the Colossus? Is that the one with the big giant monster on the cover with a tiny guy standing at its feet looking up at him? I thought I saw it in a game store.

I beat Ico! beautiful game. it was definitely a cool experience
Just beat Pikmin for Gamecube.
Truly an excellent game. It was very unique, and the gameplay was loads of fun. Very cool puzzles too.
I hear Pikmin 2 is even better.
Also beat Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time a while back. Another excellent game for Nintendo DS.

updated! once again I've bought too many games. I've left almost everything hanging since I got the Nintendo DS. This system is just way too fun. I have like 7 games, and they're all awesome.
I just fired up Jak II the other day. So much harder than Jak & Daxter, but really really fun so far. It's a lot like Ratchet & Clank, actually.
I removed some games that I don't plan on ever finishing, and added the DS to the list.
i was wondering about some of those games, lol. i finished Half Life 2 on XBOX. it's awesome.
I bought metriod prime but my AC adapter I think is toast
And at this point either WoW or xbox360 will be dominating my game time

I've just started Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, which rocks. I'll probably finish that before I start working on my other games again.
Also, I'm about 75% through Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories on the gameboy. I definitely want to finish that before Kingdom Hearts 2 comes out next year. Great game, btw.
Finally beat Metroid Prime! Woohoo! Tough game, good times tho.
Also beat Runaway on the PC. And made more progress on Klonoa 2 on PS2.
Next up: Finish Half-Life 2, Tron 2.0, and Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando. All great games. Good times.
Hey, where does everyone buy there games from? And do you trust getting used games?
I buy games from wherever has a sale, nowadays. Like, I bought Tron 2.0 and KOTOR for $20 each at Best Buy.
Console games, I usually buy from the local Gamestop or Walmart. And I have no problem buying used console games, if they're a good deal, and they have a manual and the original box.
Actually, if it's a big title, I prefer to buy it brand new.
I guess 5 bucks difference really isn't a big deal right? I usually buy from ebgames.com.
saving $5 for a used game isn't worth it to me. An Gametop card can help tho, cause you save 10% on used games. That's nice.
I gave up buying game online tho, cause with the shipping, it's not worth it. Although, sometimes www.gogamer.com has some AWESOME deals.

Anyway, for Wind Waker, I finally figured out what I need to do to get tri-force shards. I gave up at this point because I got so sick of sailing around doing little missions.
New Zelda coming out soon, looks great.
I preordered Wind Waker and they sent me a Gamecube version of Ocarina of Time and a new version of it called Ocarina of Time: Master's Quest as well.
I loved Wind Waker, btw. The sailing sure got old but it wasn't too bad for me.

Yeah I just got re-addicted to it again, so much exploring, so many things to find.
The cartoon style rendering is unbelievable.
I beat Driver3 in like 4 days. Awesome game. I finally got ALL the weapons and stuff for Soul Calibur2. I love that game. At this point I'm just gonna take a video game break and wait for GTA: San Andreas, Halo 2, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Two months of game slumber...
the only game i'm really trying to beat is GTA: Vice City. right now i'm 99% done with it. the only thing i have to do is find 2 unique jumps. i've spent hours looking for them and i can't find them... makes me mad
why not look them up online?

Ian, you know you're going to buy Halflife 2, and Halo 2. So just give in. You're never going to catch up with all these games unless you have a change in job (and become a game tester)

haha, so i hear. i put 100 hours into FF7 back in the day, over about 1 or 2 months. That was good times. But 100 hours of gametime nowadays would take me 2 years.
I put 45 hours into Kingdom Hearts, and that took me about a year. Great game too

wow, i used to see how many times i could beat it in a row in one sitting.
haha i did that with other games like Super Nintendo's Mario Kart or NBA Jam or even that other hot game Top Gear.
TOP GEAR WAS THE BEST GAME! I used to do the same thing. My cousin and I would play it for hours on end...and then dream about it all night. I love the nitros.
haha dream about it. Haha the songs in it are really catchy and get you in the mood to race even though they are cheesy. I love that old video game music.

I actually beat Morrowind, well the main quest anyway still have a ton of side quests to finish up, but man that game can take forever to beat.
I'm sooo addicted to Morrowind! My fiance just got me the "Game of the Year Edition" which has a whole other island and a completely new quest. It's like another 100+ hours of gameplay. Seriously, I could quit my job and play that game all day.

I haven't played that game in a while. I got to a certain point and then had to reinstall windows and never picked it back up. I wasn't very good at it either. Never quite figured out all the intricacies
We play on x-box. It's funny - if Donovan has something to do while I'm at his house at night, he'll walk away for like 2 seconds and I run to turn on the console. He says I have a serious problem.
