it was a spectacular sausage bonanza. i felt bad for my single pals. i have a girlfriend, so i had a good time with the yard fixture gags, flip cup, and beer pong.
there were like 30 guys and 6 girls. no joke.
It must have been a jersey party... I actually feel bad for any single guys who honestly think they are going to find a girl at any party thrown by a girl. It is exactly as you mentioned before... I think the biggest factor in this is egos or a guy's need for female attention. So many times i've seen one guy go for a girl, get her number etc...simply because he thought he was better than the guy she was talking to or even just because he was bored
On the other hand, i think getting blocked is annoying, but it is easier for a guy to overcome. If a guy likes a girl that likes him, and a friend of hers intrudes, he can find some other point or get her number, at which point she might be receptive.
The hard thing is when a girl likes you and you don't like her and she starts making up stories or just outright lying to other girls once you have told her this. That i hate and should be punishable with the lake of fire...
yeah i get that a lot from a friend of mine. But i think that in the end it kinda works itself out, it just prevents you from actually seeing what could have happened.
Sometimes it prevents you from the other person getting to know you. Because when you like someone you are nervous around them and it takes a few times out to get comfortable. However this other person has no discomfort as their true intentions are not for the person, simply to stop you or anyone else. As i said it can ruin a chance, since sometimes girls will go more for this type of attention than sincerity. And that is who this kind of behaviour truly affects, those with honorable intentions.
What i mean when i say it can work itself out is; Do you really want someone who will not at least take you for what you can be? In other words lets say it happens to you as a guy or a girl. If this person doesn't at least view you as a potential friend and ignores you, you are better off. I think anyway...

I think Todd would have to do that on a regular basis. One time doesn't count.
I would only consider that CBing if Todd shows an interest in you. If he isn't interested in you and you start including him in the conversation, I would notice that you are more into him than you are into me but knowing that Todd wouldn't return the feelings, I would consider it a fair game and no harm was done.
I think this is obviously not applicable. The case would only apply to a situation where one dude is talking to a chick and then the other sees and knowingly steals or attempts to steal her attention away.
There have been certain situations you refer to where the second guy would either avoid being to friendly with her to avoid the appearance of impropriety or simply talk to guy #1 and smooth it out. ONLY if they are friends. Unfortunately, these and all other chivalrous rules don't seem to be applied if the guys don't know each other...
so here's a question: What if a girl asks you to "protect" her from some weirdos. Technically that's mojo blocking, but it's a favor to a friend.
