It's been said, but i want to clarify it a bit more. Sexy is a quality and gorgeous is an attribute. I mean a woman can be sexy in her pajamas but gorgeous is more like when she goes out, but she is still sexy.
Objects are sexy, people are gorgeous.
You can have a really sexy dress or a sexy pair of shoes, that make you look sexy as in I just want you to come over so we can play twister.
Gorgeous on the other hand is when you come over and we just listen to some Barry White and...need I say more?

My husband has a similar thought when it comes to being cute, pretty, or beautiful. He says they can all mean different things. I agree. I'll have to ask him his thoughts on this one though.
