Belly Dancing
by some sisters in dover had been going belly-dancing all summer and i never got to go because monday was our beach day. so it didn't bother me much because i thought, "where would i ever be able to do belly dancing?" i recently found out the answer.
so on friday nite we were told a movie began at 7:30. seeing how at 7:30 we were still at my house, we weren't able to get there on time. even though we were lied to and it didn't start til 8. oh well. decision of going out to eat comes up. i said i heard of this morraccan place on rt. 46, lets go there. full support, "yeah lets go eat something different."
we enter. looks like a place of a "higher" kind of thinking if you catch my drift. sit on long couch with pillow cushions. so then.....out come the belly dancers. BELLY DANCERS!!! they get some of us up there but the boys refuse to budge. she finished her act and they decide, "hey we can do better than that." these two flamers tie their shirts up as belly shirts and get up and shake it for all their worth. and these are people that do not know how to move their hips. can you imagine a funnier thought? best nite all weekend. the only better thought is the one of returning there next time when there will be a cheographed dance of 4 guys being flamers.
anyone ever done this dancing? one of the funniest thing you can ever see... people who don't know how to do it. i reccommend trying it if you need a laugh.

my sister and a few other sisters in my hall (who shall remain namless..but you all know them) took belly dancing lessons last year...my friend trevor and i got a rental car, found out where the place was, and snuck in to video tape...we were all sneaking around the outside of the building like commandos, radioing back and forth, taking the licenses plates on and off the rental car, switching them from the back of the car to the front...we were crazy.
I'm taking lessons on wednesday with Tammy and Annie..I'm so excited. They've been trying to get me to go to Mer Cache (it's something like that) for months but it's never worked out.

Well I thought it was monday night easy classes and wednesday advanced but Tammy and I were talking and she said I had it switched up. SOO EXCITING! cause I have classes on monday so now I'm gonna go belly dance on wednesdays!!
i had one lesson at this restaurant in hackensack called aladdin. it was fun i want to take more lessons.
