A Fool
So, I've been getting used to my college schedule and don't have to refer to that annoying piece of paper any longer. Like a usual Thursday, I left my Ancient World class, went to my car and got my Algebra books, and walked to the Library to sit and do my homework outside cause I have over an hour until Algebra. After about 20 minutes it hits me that I don't have Algebra today..it was cancelled. Cool..writing it down in five different places obviously didn't help. I felt soo cool, actually I was hott cause I had been sitting in the sun and it was warm out today. So, after realizing how dumb I was I walked all the way back to my car and went home.

yeah, we all do the silly stuff sometimes......some sillier than others..( I wasn't refering to you in saying that )....
hey at least you were already there right? i've been really dumb and driven all the way in only to realize class was cancelled. that's why i stopped showing up altogether
That works. Yeah, I was glad I had History because if I had driven all the way in I probably would have cried.
the best and worst feeling all in one. I remember having classes in the morning in Newton, working all afternoon in Succasunna, then driving back to Newton for class, THEN doing my radio show......driving from work to class and seeing that it was cancelled was a good feeling and at the same time really horrible. I mean, all the teachers have our phone numbers. Couldnt somebody CALL before we travel 15-20 miles out of the way? but I never complained :)
Once in middle school, I walked all the way to school without my backpack on. At first I thought a friend hid it as a joke. But she said that I didn't even have it on when I walked in the building. I had to sprint home to get it. Now THAT was stupid.
sometimes, whether or not i was supposed to be at school or not, i'd have a drier sheet in my shirt or in one of my pant legs. i'd pull it out and show everyone. we'd laugh and then we'd sort out who's supposed to be there or not.
the same thing would happen to me, but I wouldn't find the drier sheet until i got changed for gym, which was like my 7th class of the day. I be like, what the heck is this doing here? It was just wierd that I walked around for 5 hours wondering why my leg was so itchy
wat's a drier sheet?
Oh no are you serious??? It's only the best smelling substance on the planet earth!!!
i still dunno wat it is... but gimme some! i wanna whiff of that!
The worst day of high school ever....I had never been so tired in my life, and it took me forever to drag myself out of bed, but I had to go because I had exams. So I get up and go to school, pretty much in my pajamas, only to get there and have my English teacher tell me that I didn't have to TAKE the exam at all (if you're a senior and get all A's in that class you don't have to take them). I would have never thought that, esp since I never actually did any work in that class (but then again, the teacher was like, 147 years old and loved me). It was nice to be able to go home, but definitely would have been better to not have to get up at all in the first place :/
wouldn't she have told you like the day before that you did not have to take the exams. usually its like a mad rush to find out if you're exempt from finals.
I guess I just assumed that since I didn't do anything in the class, then I would have to take it, so I didn't even bother asking him. Stupid!
I had a day like this..I had stayed up late crying and just being really depressed. The next morning it was freezing but I was determined to go to school so I got up..and I had gotten like 3 hours of sleep so I was feeling kind of crazy. I'm getting into my car when my neighbor comes running out to tell me I don't have school cause the heat broke and they cancelled it. Screaming was a good idea at the time.
i'm having chronic deja vu!
