my new job & other stuff
by So, I just got a new job. Anyone who travels on Rt. 23 knows theirs a New AppleBee's that just got built on the north side. Me & ccc both got jobs there. She's a waitress & I'm a hostess. All the staff is like 17 to 24. I am actually having a great time. A room full of young ppl used to scare me 4 some reason but now I'm like fine with it. Of course I'm older than a lot of them so maybe that has something to do with it. Anyway, their's a very cheer, rah rah, college atmosphere about the whole place that I find energizing. Most of the staff are as inexperienced as I am & we're all making mistakes but everyone just laughs & trys to help eachother out. Since most of them are young & either don't know which religion they want to be apart of yet or are not really concerned about it, their all pretty accepting of my religion which is nice. So, if your looking for a place to eat one night, come & visit! We'll both be working nights eventually. Right now the schedule is all messed up, so come in a month or so.
If anyone was wondering what happened with my sister & her horse at the nationals, here's the story.
She & the horse together didn't win but the horse with the trainer ended up coming in top 10, which is awesome!!!
This Friday I'll be 22. It isn't as exciting as when I turned 21 but whatever...
Ccc will be 21 at the end of Nov. I sooooo can't wait for that to happen cause then I can go to clubs & bars with her instead of trying to find someone my own age to go with. Soooo much easier*
