by I don't know about everyone else, but i can not WAIT to go snowboarding!! Any one else anxious like me? I wonder what new people i'll get to ride with this year... Talk amongst yaselves....

i got all new gear for this season and have been waiting since may to go, i am presently now am unemployed and debating whether to be a bum and go boarding eveyr day with a season pass or get a job

I didn't get in too much riding last winter, and I even had a season pass. I plan to buy a season pass this winter... only, get good use of it, this time.

If you don't know already, guys, this is Todd, and I'm 23 now, so I can't get a super cheap season's pass. That really really stinks, because I don't know who's going to want to buy a season's pass with me. I better start calling people. Carl Jenkin's--are you 23? Who else do we know that's my age, that would get a season's pass?? Eva? Ahhhhhh!
aww, todd that's just not fair! maybe you can talk to them and explain that you don't want to pay the extra money. however todd, realize that since you are paying more for the pass, you will be getting greater value than those of us who pay less even though the overall experience will be the same. it's that whole "you get what you pay for" type of thing. If you pay more, even if you are getting the same exact product, you will get greater value. of course, if you enjoy your pass just HALF as much as we do, that means that we will enjoy it twice as much as you.
I WILL, I WILL. If you get 4 people over 23, then its only $40 more than the junior pass (so it would be $199 p/p).

I'm prolly getting a twilight pass like last year. it didn't really make a difference. actually, don't count me in, let Dan in your group if he needs one, or get a younger person (since you can mix and match) I think I'm getting my own little group. but thanks again.

I think there's a midweek all-day/weekend twilight that is the same price as the junior anytime pass.
the only time you can't ride at Mt. Creek is before 12 on Sat. and Sun. (when you should be out in service or at the meeting anyway, haha) I got it last year (cause I'm 24). It's worked out fine.

last year i got the mtn creek season pass and it was the best investment i ever made. 150 bucks for about 12 trips there. definately a good investment
mmm, last year I got my season pass to "Mountain" Creek. it was great. I was unemployed, so anytime I could scrounge together gas money, I was up at the mountain. loved it. I also went out west to Colorado which was sooo much fun, can't wait to go again. Last season kinda stunk around here, so I'm so glad I got to do some real riding at least for a few days. We did 4 different mountains in 5 days I think. really cool.
i had the same situation, and it was great! I was pioneering, unemployed, and snowboarding all winter long (whenever there was actually snow to ride on). I can't WAIT for this year! Jeremy, I want to ride with the WRR (warwick ruff riders), too! I'll put together a little SHC (Stanhope[and Hackettstown] Hard Core) group to ride with all of you
haha, being unemployed in the winter WAS great, snowboarding every other day. GREAT , just Great it was.
