Ahhhh, snowy California
by Well, snow has finally copme to my humble little los angeles nieghborhood. a few lawns here and there are decked with a white foamy material that'd supposed to look like snow. it looks real, but what do i know anyway.

has anyone noticed the trend in santa, snowmen, nutcrackers and the rest of the gang looking like they're on steroids this year?? i mean my neighbors have all these like 6 foot inflatable things on their lawn-i think it looks ridiculous and would like to pop all of them
my dad almost bought a 6 foot frosty for our roof because he claimed it was not christmasy. i was kind of inclined to agree.

yea, I was out with this anointed brother in my hall in service last saturday, and he suggested popping every one of them that we saw that morning. They're hideous
when i was 2, my mom started studying. she taught me that all the christmas decorations was 'garbage'. we were over my grandmother's one day and she had the big tree in the living room: i distinctly remember walking into the kitchen where my mom and grandmoter were talking, asking, "mommy...why does grandma have garbage in her living room" (talk about tact!)
