by so i made this a journal about something before i finished reading all the new journals and somebody had already made a journal on this topic so i think i shall have to do it on something else. well, lets see what's been happening lately?
well several (bout 4) bruises have been showing up all over my arms and legs without due casue. i am extremely clumsy but these are deep bruises and i think i would have remembered if i ran into anything that large, (which i haven't).
oh very exciting a got a nikon camerea!!!!!!!! possibly the best thing ever!!! for those of you who know me, be prepared cuz its not leaving my hand for a while.
Hysterical story- my sister always plays soccer with a bunch of brothers from spanish dover. so the majority of them speak english but some don't. so one of them (that's been to our house, so why wouldn't he speak english) goes up to my father and starts speaking in spanish. now my dad is 50% puerto rican and you would think he would have had some idea of what they were saying but no, he doesn't speak spanish. so he says a halting, "un momento." and runs and pulls my sister over to him for her to translate (we're both fairly proficient in spanish.) now the funny part is that i'm pretty sure this brother knows my dad doesn't speak spanish. to me i found it really hysterical. my dad is the coolest person in the world!!! power to all the congregation skittles!!

haha it was a good thing she was funny because going around that circle any more than we did under normal circumstances would have been torturous

yeah i wasn't that impressed by the movie, though. my favorite was "The Great Train Robbery". that was AWESOME.

i used to read his books while walking to and from school because they were so good that i had to read them whenever i got a chance
I never saw Andromeda Strain, but i read the book. I liked it. I've read all the Chrichton books out there except Great Train Robbery, Disclosure, and AirFrame. he's a very visual writer, I like that.
of the ones you haven't read- the great train robbery is DEFINITELY worth reading, airframe is decent, and disclosure is...not neccessary.
