Snowboard Season

It is almost that time of year again where you love to see white all over the place. The time when you get to spend all that money you have been saving up for over the summer. You know what time that is? It is Snowboarding Time.

I know it is fall now, but that’s only one season away from bliss. First the trees start to change colors, then the leaves start to fall off, then everyone is raking, then before you know it, it starts to SNOW!

The snow may come slowly and disappear for a little bit, but as it continues throughout the season it would get thicker and thicker until you hear the great sound of a news reporter saying the "Blizzard of 2001". Oh those words, how much do they make you rejoice?

After that you get your bags together and your winter gear and pack up your friends in a small car (or a Subaru WRX with all wheel drive...how sweet it is) and travel 4+ hours to VT, not wanting to stop for a break cause you want to spend the whole time riding.

Then when you get up there and start to ride a blizzard comes your way and your stuck in VT, which means you get a hotel room and get rest so you can spend the whole next day riding. Oh, the winter how joyous that will be. Those long weekend trips in VT, Canada, California and Wyoming. Laying in a hot tub while it is snowing outside...the joy of winter. Oh thank goodness God created winter, how boring would our lives be without it?
