Are people really that dumb?
by I dunno it boggles my mind but i tend to believe that at least 50% of world population is completely stupid and ignorant to things. Take this statement for example:

Its amazing they can try to blame a video game which millions of people play but yet somehow dont go out in street and shoot people with rifles for the heck of it. Well cept for those few deranged people but they usually have severe mentall issues so they dont count :). But People blame this instead of say THE US ARMY who trains snipers to kill others with no regard, and looky here it turns out the alleged sniper was in the army, hmm has to be the video games though! They gave him the training and knowledge how to aim and to be accurate. Yep! Whats worse is people believe this because a politician or some so called expert says this is the case. Personally i think its funny how weak minded people are and dont bother to see the real facts of things but take whatever the media churns up that the powers that be tell them what the public supposed to believe. Ok im goin off into more topics but anyway people need to stop being dumb :)
Side not also is Russia seems 700 people are held hostage by chechen rebels intent on suicide mission. To me thats litle more important then some guy with a rifle, ahh prioritys of news storys!

Seems that all the coutnries of the former soviet union (last king of the North as prophesied by Daniel, btw) are having mucho problems nowadays. It's been ten years of awful consequences of the worst known human government to date.

how was russia the "fake" king of the north???? The Soviet Union was the king of the north at one time, the "real" king of the north at that time. The new king of the north has yet to arise and be odentified. How is the Soviet Union a "fake" king of the north??? The king of the north has changed identities many times.

well it is impotant to know who the old king of the north is to see that the prophesy is fulfilled and all. All i was saying was that those countries that were part of the fprmer soviet union, which includes afghanistan, have been having major problems trying to have peace. Thus we see the wful scar left by the soviet union, one of the worst govt's to date, beisdes maybe fascist spain and Nazi germany. But even hitler's gvernment didt leave scars this far reaching
It's actually very important to know about the past, especially biblical past. Why else would the bible be so big? Jehovah could have had just a few pages explaining what we should and shouldn't do but he knows the important of history and of examples.

if you're like me, you may have thought that the kings of the north and south were just two kings; and that our understanding of who each of them are have changed throughout the years. what i learned from the daniel's prophecy book (and what i think adam is trying to say) is that we now understand there to be different countries/kings/rulers who were the kings of the north and south at different times throughout the ages. that's why there are charts in the daniel's prophecy book that identify who each king was, which verse describes them, and when the transitions took place. and, of course, it is important to know about these things.
