dj deserter

A few days ago, Mike asked me a question unexpected from him. "Are you still gonna DJ when we're married?"
Honestly, I just assumed I would. I know it would be hard balancing work, meetings, household chores, etc., but I never really thought I would just up and leave. I mean, this is what Mike thought was so cool about me; what most people find interesting in my not-so-extraordinary life.
I think WNTI would keep me as long as I wanted to stay, but is now the right time to leave? Should I mark the marriage milestone with another? *ponders* :)

yo, i only caught the radio show for the first time a couple of weeks ago. (i always had dialup before). it's pretty freakin cool. but, I think that you should arrange for me to take over. cause that'd be a sweet job. also, ian, you gotta make it so the reminder on the front page of ezabel stays till her show is over, NOT when it begins...b/c by the time 10pm rolls around, it's not on the site anymore, and i've forgotten...
It changes and says that the program is currently live!
yeah sure it changes NOW THAT I SUGGESTED IT!!
Do what you want... if you like doing the show, keep doing it. The big question is if Mike is still going to be in the band after you get married...
Just realized... you can keep it as Katie-O since your new name Katie Schiano ends with the letter "o"
Huh. Interesting! There is a pizza place around here that is like, it's gotta be two pizza places in one, or something, because there are two signs. It's "Schiano- DeGasperi"... haha.. AND you should not quit the show, I agree with I think beachbum said see how it is after the wedding and then see if you can keep up. You should be able to, because really the only difference between dating and marriage is you live together... (it's a huge difference i know.. blah) and you should still be (time-wise) able to do the things like to do now.
my family actually does own a pizza place... its in hackettstown, but its kinda distant family which means i dont get any freebies.... stinks
my cousins used to have a hot dog joint. when you have family in business work the connection!
I wish i could... they have good food too!
mmm i dont eat hot dogs but id go for pizza!
let's go!
ay oh let's go!
ezabel pizza party!!!
ill make biscotti for dessert!
what is the biscotti obsession??
it's molto bene!!
wait! are you italian or something?!
you know it baby!
no way!
i do have a sense of humor thanks
Italian girls are the HOTTEST!, well besides the Irish light skinned ones...
haha, obviously (from my name) I'm a little bit Italian, but I'll be sure to keep you away from Tina and Jahanna. I like light skinned Irish guys, so you better watch out.....
well of course, EVERYONE knows tina and jahanna is hot...
what bout me!? im italian and umm sortya hot, u dont love me anymore?
of course, no contest, you are the sexiest one of them all!
they've become one? ("is hot")
well they always have been one... lol
hahahhahahhahha!!!!!!! i read that & was like, "we IS hot"? hahaha, we're one, thats so funny.
hahaha, me and giac used to drive alota people crazy by always writing in Italian...possiamo continuare! :) haha
we can't really continue cus i dont know italian...only a teensy bit. now spanish i could probably handle better.
haha, dag it! :)
i do not, i'm guessing something along the lines of dagger? i dunno, what?
i found a book in my school library with slang words...i think dag was the name for the fur on the back of a sheep that gets all crudded up with dry crap that gets stuck in the fur...rn't u glad u asked?
yo ill go over there and lay the smack down and get us some free stuff
Just because you're getting married doesn't mean you will be a different person. You do what you LOVE to do, sharing your life with someone won't change that. Sure it's important to make your husband happy, but if you give up yourself in the process, the marriage will suffer. Sure, there will emerge a new "you" as half of a couple, but neither of you should give up your individuality, that's what drew you together, that's what will make you strong. Learn to love what each other loves, don't be resentfull, encourage each other to pursue their dreams. I wish someone had explained this to me.
Good points Felipe.... something I'm keeping in mind for wife number two when the time comes...
you won't know if you'll be able to handle it until you are there. give it a chance once you're married and decide then if it is too much for you. don't ever quit being a cool chick. :)
I agree with David; if you quit the radio show, he should quit the band. Also, tell him you will leave the show if you guys can go to Stanhope. ;)
HEY!!! I didn't say all that!!!! :-o I'm wondering now, too if Mike wants Katie to give up the show or if he was just wondering if she would...
no no no.. i dont want her to quit the show, i think its awesome that she does it. I was just wondering what she was going to do, thats all. And no di... we arent going to go to your LAME hall anyways.. kidding kidding... I cant say i will stay with the band forever and ever, cause i dont know, i have never been married before, it might be too hard to stay involved with the band, i dont know. Right now im worried about a job, SOMEONE HELP ME FIND A JOB!
I love ya, Mikey! But you better stay with the band for a while... I think I need a new job, too... something that will keep me pioneering....
i think it's kewl that mike's smart enough to ask these questions NOW. it gives u both time to think it over, talk it over, and decide together.
Hey Katie, I love the logo redux!
haha, good job, Dave!
