Court Rejects Entertainment Industry Copyright Claims
I dont know if anyone else saw this yet, but i thought this was pretty interesting. Here is a quote from the EFF website :
"We believe the Morpheus case is about technology, not piracy, and today the court agreed, making it clear that technology companies are not responsible for every misuse of the tools they make," noted Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) Senior Intellectual Property Attorney Fred von Lohmann. "Today's ruling reaffirms the Supreme Court's landmark decision in the Sony Betamax case."

So (and I didn't read the full story) they can't sue us anymore? That would be nice.
they can sue you all they want, they cant however sue the file sharing program creators
So that guy who created Kaaza lite..is hanging out with his millions of dollars and music files and they can't touch him?
ok do you understand laws at all? Downloading music was and still is illegal, if they find out you have enough of it you are getting fined and if you pissed them off really bad you goto jail for a little bit. And second he did not make any money, did you pay for kaaza lite? If it had advertising then he might have made some money. None of these program creators are rich.
Well obviously no I do not understand laws at all. What was their point in making all these programs then when they knew it was potentially risky if they weren't making money?
don't worry about it, there is more to life than money. Just be happy you have your music ok?
Ok! I'd rather have music then money I think anyways.
"ok do you understand laws"... bloo bloo bloo bloo eeeee errr ....frrrnt! eep.
