Spiderman 2
Finally after two years the spiderman is back. Instead of fighting duels with the Green Goblin, this time the two new villains are going to be the Spiderman's famous enemies: Doctor Octopus, and The Lizard. News says that Tobey Maguire (from the first movie) almost lost the job because of back problems, and the producer just dropped him from the role. Toby got together with his lawyers and got the job back. Spiderman's dreamgirl Mary Jane will still be played by Kirsten Dunst. The movie's release date is set to be this summer on July 2, 2004.

eh.. who cares. I love Spiderman and I was excited for the first movie for like 2 years. And it was a huge letdown for me. Prolly won't be seeing the 2nd one.
Yes but then it will be good because if you go to a movie thinking it is going to stink reallllly bad it ends up being really good. But if you think it is going to be to be the best movie ever ever ever then its terrible. the first X-men was the same way. Both Spiderman 1, and X-men 1 stunk (compared to what we probably expected from them) because they had to set up the characters, and the ideas. But if you saw X2, you probably were very happy with it. I believe the same will be true of Spiderman 2.
I liked Xmen 1. I didn't see the 2nd one yet! hah to0 many movies to keep up with ...
i thought the first spiderman was decent, although i'm not really into any of these superhero movies. the 2nd x-men was decent too... i though hulk was gay
I actually enjoyed both the first X-men and the first SPiderman, and I am a devote watcher of both cartoons. Of course, they messed with both story lines a lot and they messed up some characters, but think about it. This is a comic book being played in real life, they gotta change some stuff I guess. Though, the X-men people I have yet to forgive for not giving Rogue her powers she gets from Miss Marvel.
rogue is still young... she'd have to join the brotherhood... then attack miss marvel.. and all that.. right? i dont remember too much. but thats a lot for them to go through. i think the gay thing is hinting at the phoenix.. when there's no shi'ar yet.
My sister and I were just talking about this! We hate the phoenix, and she mentioned how they were doing it a bit premature. And then I was like "whoah..the whole phoenix thing is inter-related with the shi'ar" so it really doesn't make any sense at all.
Rogue joined with the Brotherhood before she was an X-men..and I can't figure out why she'd go from being an X-men to the brotherhood.

totally hated the first spiderman... unless the 2nd one brings in carnage and venom and is more dark and mary jane dies.. i'll go see it otherwise.. i'll stick to shrek 2.

i don't know how wide the release for this movie will be. it may never hit your theater. i first heard about this movie last year. a viewing may have to be postponed til the dvd release, unless you go to a major city or an indie theater someplace.
are you kidding me?? its got such big stars in it, why wouldn't it be a big theater realease. if it's not i don't have a problem going into the city but why wouldn't it be close?
