Sing the Song

For almost 4 years now, Jet Blue Airways has been offering good service to its customers. It believes in giving a quality product to the people and also being able to be profitable as a result. However there have been some imitations of JetBlue such as Song and Ted Airlines.

One recent news story caught my eye on why carriers such as these will not be able to compete.

You can get details of Song's low quality airplanes they use (Old Boeing 757's), how the interior is poorly designed, details about their poor customer service, and inoperative televisions. This article exposes Delta's flaws in its new carrier, Song Airlines.

you bet. This has got to be one of the most exciting things to be around. Aviation is not only about airplanes but a huge procedure. Yeah Song is nice in the extent that you may see. Its not bad. Just the airplanes are old and they are not really as good at customer satisfaction.

i flew delta song down to florida. they were extrememly nice and helpful. the plane decorations were insane (like bright blue leather chairs with swinging 50s colors to offset them) and a little cramped (but what plane isn't?)i enjoyed it.

hrm song kicked major butt when i went to florida, tv in each head rest for free, nice and roomy seats, and a nice smooth flight. Maybe i got one of the good planes.

Know what kind of plane RyanAir uses? I might fly RyanAir from London to Oslo sometime this year.

Ryan Air uses a couple of planes. Give me a few minutes to check.

I believe Ryan Air uses Airbus for most of their aircraft and possible Embraer jets as well
