yeah i think you were both saying the same thing only saying it different ways basically what i'm saying is that children do not develop any slower or faster on the east coast vs. the west coast...

but they usually ar not toilet trained until about 3. which is a nightmare, 3 years of diapers... no wayyyyyy haha

i think he means toddler = when they start walking, so, yes, around 1, until about 3 years old and yes i just agreed with brotherman haha
