it's in really really nice shape. definitely move-in ready. only thing we'd want to do is replace the windows, but they're fine right now, maybe just not as effecient as new ones.

yeah, that's a lot of money. the price on this house is very very good. most other houses in the area are in worse shape and asking $20k more. head east towards NYC and it's a totally different...
it really doesn't need a lot of work, which is great.
