yeah so the orthopedic surgeon said i probably don't need surgery, but he wants to do an MRI just to make sure. woot.

i either got kicked, tripped on something, or just lost my footing, at a concert. my kneecap popped out of place and was on the side of my leg. I popped it back in. Stood up. couldn't walk. got...

yeah it swelled up pretty bad.. but today the swelling went down even more, and i can lift my leg, and i can bend my knee pretty far. I duno i just keep hoping i won't need surgery.

i think i'll be fine. today the swelling is down even more... and I was able to lift my leg, woohoo! and i have an appt. with an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow to assess the damage. I'm very hopeful.

ha it's probably because i was in shock and didn't feel the pain yet. If I didn't reset it and waited till an hour later in the ER, that prolly woulda hurt like crazy

when it happened I snapped my knee right back into place.. when I think about that.. ha that was pretty crazy

thanks! yeah i hope to see an orthopedist and get an mri asap. and hopefully it's not bad enough for surgery. Sucky thing is, I still hve a couple weddings to do thsi year

well i dislocated my knee last night. just popped right on out. Fun in the ER and I might need surgery. Awesome.
