a good friend of mine was sitting in her car at a light and this guys with hydrolics pulls up next to her and lowers himself down so they were at the same level. I was hysterical!

maybe you should keep your eyes on the road. Maybe this "talking with people who are not in the car" thing is why you have had accidents and tickets, and are now w/o license, ever think about that? Think about dumb and dumber..., lloyd says that he has this cousin....well, HAD this cousin, and he wasn't watching where he was going, and THhhhhhbt. We would hate to see the same happen to you. Perhaps you can learn a lesson here?
