How to make new friends? Well...within the congregation (or the little cluster of them up here that all have like one group kind of) that was hard. Of course, it was hard because I was really shy back then, still am a little bit, but you have to be willing to put yourself out and just walk up to people and talk. If they're to cool to even bother with you, they're obviously not worth it, and you shouldn't worry about it then either because they're not the kind of friends you want. I went to this party in PA this summer, and if I even tried to talk to anyone it was instantly "What bands do you like" (a common question I understand) but if you didn't reply with what the person liked it was like "oh..bye". In school, I think all it takes is sharing the same distaste for a teacher/class and taking it from there.
