no..it's moon water. They send the space men up to the moon with needles. the space men then fill the needles with water by injecting the needles into the ground (much as doctors do for blood) and draw out the water. they then come to earth and got to Area 54 where there is a swimming pool. They drop the few drops of water in there and then make the trip back to the moon. Very tiring I must say myself. Thats grecian water.
