Well, kids, I think he is referring to that fact that since this is Ian's web-site and Ian is tweaking it the way he wants, Joe is pretty much calling him the dictator ruler of ezabel...

right, basically joe is just jealous of my obvious programming superiority over him, and he feels intimidated and small in my shadow so he has to express himself in the only way he knows how.
