Ice cream is great. Ben and Jerry's was the best. I haven't had it since I started my diet, but their World's Best Vanilla is awesome. And don't get me started on their Heath Bar Crunch.
Hey Breyer's makes low-carb ice cream now and it's amazing.
I'm not on a low-carb diet. I'm just making sure to eat around 1000 calories a day. That pretty much rules out ice cream of any form.
1000 calories a day????? ahhh that's starvation mode!! haha startin up another debatey? nah... i duno just be careful eating too few calories is just as bad as eating too many.
Well, I have a lot of weight to lose, and, frankly, I'm not doing this for my health. And I am careful. I've found 1000 calories to be just enough that I have plenty of energy to exercise and do everything I need to do without serious repercussions. In fact, I feel like I have a lot more energy now than I did before I started this diet.
