you can do it with Winamp. Just setup your output plugin to be WaveOut. Then play a WMA and it will save the audio stream to a wav file. Then you can convert to whatever. But, the question is, w...

because I have one long track that I need to split into sections, and the program I have that can do that(sound forge) doesn't support WMA...but, thanks, I guess I'll get winamP!
