I used to take that stuff like it was candy. Then it stopped being as affective.

Is there any specific brand of Valerian Root that everyone likes?
It can be expensive stuff. Just visit your local heath food store and pick up a bottle w/ that type of top that can administer droplets.
ps: Please stop using that Ny-quil. Continued use is totally unhealty. It's like doing asprin theraphy with Tylenol, not good at all...
Yeah..I haven't used Nyquil in a while, unless I get really sick. It took me a long time to go back to sleeping normal the last time I got hooked to it.
i use nature's sunshine, they have one with Hops, Valarian Root, and Skullcap.
hops is...ingredient in...umm...never mind
