Hmmm, how about up-ing your dosage of calcium/magnesium that's a natural relaxer, usually helps for me or read you WT or awake or some other sort of bible lit, thats always relaxing and a great way...

Also, I have recently been getting a lot more calcium then I used too. I don't drink milk but Ive started drinking a lot of orange juice with calcium in it.

one more thing, 5-HTP, that has a calming ingredient - tryoptophan - that'll help and it's herbs. Google 5-htp and it'll give you the low down =)
